Where have the last two weeks gone!
We have been continuing our mission to help the minions. They have been re-homing some more dangerous animals with our help. The Brown Bear was a tricky one. We all knew we had teddy bears we loved to cuddle but we weren't sure about this one. The minions wanted to snuggle but we told them not to and gave them some more information about real bears in the wild.
The minions sent us some 'banana planting plugs' or so they thought! We were quick to realise they were beans and have planted them to make sure. We remembered lots of information about how plants grow but this time we have tried something different. We should be able to see stems and roots very soon!
The minions took the bear back to his own habitat but had a little accident! A fox escaped and they needed to catch but didn't know how. We came up with some brilliant plans and found out Foxy facts. We made some food to try and trick them into the cage and have sent the instructions to the minions. We hope it works.
We have had some visitors in the classroom and garden. A duck was very keen to join in our play and we have been fascinated by garden snails. We had a go at making our own versions of 'The Snail' by Henri Matisse. We think ours are fab!
