Olympic Legacy Funding 2021-22 

Linton C.E. Infant School – Sports Premium

Amount = £16,000 + £10 per pupil in KS1 = £17,070

• The Olympic Legacy Fund was set up to promote increased participation and competition, and widen sporting opportunity in school.
• As an Infant school we don’t have many opportunities for competitive sport beyond the school gates; however we do take part in cluster events which develop multi skills and the sporting values. We hold a competitive sports day too alongside collaborative sporting events. This allows our talented sports stars to shine.
• To prepare and engage the children in sporting activity the Sports premium fund is giving us the opportunity to improve our provision in the areas identified below. As a school we are committed to sports and promoting a healthy lifestyle for all.
