We have been thinking a lot about our eyes this week as our key fitted the optician's door. We have been reading "Brown bear, Brown bear what do you see?" and know it so well we can all join in. We even made up our own versions with a stripy zebra and roaring lion. We have been using our eyes to learn more about 3D shapes. We can name some of them and find them in the classroom around us.
We have even been taking photographs of some interesting things we have found outside and drawing what we can see through a telescope.
We thought about all the brave people who have helped protect our country in the war and made some beautiful poppies to help us remember them.
It was lovely to see all the wonderful hats for Children in Need, some of us even wanted to keep them on for PE!
