Welcome to Foundation Stage!
Thank you for visiting our web page. This year is going to be lots of fun in Ladybird and Hedgehog Class! We hope this page will help you keep up to date and stay informed about what we are doing in school. If you have any questions about how to support you child's learning at home please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Teaching in Ladybird Class is Mrs Emma Little and teaching in Hedgehog Class is Miss Stephanie Booth. We will be supported by our fantastic teaching assistants: Mrs Roz Markham, Mrs Julie Free, Ms Nicki Pearl, Mrs Amanda Watkins and Mrs Sue Filby. We will have some PE sessions with our sports coach from Prestige Sports.
The theme for the first half of the Spring term is Long, long ago. The children will be learning about what History means and our own personal histories as well as travelling back in time to explore life in the times of the dinosaurs. We will be thinking about what we can learn from things that have already happened and how the past can help us in our lives today.
