Geography
At Linton CE Infant School we aim to instill in our children the curiosity to learn about the world and all of the people in it. To develop a sense of belonging, gain appreciation of geographical diversity and an understanding of how the elements of human and physical geography interact.
Throughout our school we explore geography via our topics, both learning in class and through enriching visits and experiences. In Early Years, focusing on understanding the world; the world, people and communities and in KS1 exploring Locational knowledge, place knowledge, human and physical geography, geographical skills and fieldwork.
